Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Lead cross-functional workshops to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for software development and process improvement initiatives.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and use case documentation to visualize complex business logic.
- Data Analysis: Interpret data from various sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT development team to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including functional specifications and technical manuals, specifically tailored for night operations.
- Testing & QA: Design test plans and scripts to validate new features and ensure they meet business needs before deployment.
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports on project status, risks, and requirements adherence for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot business problems and propose effective solutions.
