Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to define system capabilities and document functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews during the night shift to gather detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise technical documentation, user stories, and process flows.
- Participate actively in the testing lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and assist in risk management to ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues and providing analytical support during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a night shift or operational support environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision during night hours.
