Join Nexus Analytics Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst and drive data-driven decision-making in our dynamic night shift team. This remote-friendly hybrid role (3 nights/week in-office) requires exceptional analytical skills to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights. Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation and project tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analyst experience in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process mapping tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in night shift environments
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
