Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and user stories for system enhancements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across government agencies to align on business objectives
- Create data visualizations and executive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and regulatory requirements
- Document business processes and create process flow diagrams
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in government or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clearances: Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
