Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define data-driven solutions
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of analytical outputs
- Generate actionable reports and KPI tracking for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and process modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence platforms
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
