Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future state workflows.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI software to support decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and deliverables.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software implementations and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
