Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, processes, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions during the night cycle.
- Create detailed documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and data models.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a night-shift schedule.
