Responsibilities
- Monitor & Analyze Data: Review nightly performance metrics, KPIs, and operational data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate findings to the day-shift leadership team and cross-functional departments to drive actionable business solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and technical documentation to guide development and testing teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
