Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for system enhancements and new features.
- Data Analysis: Perform complex data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project scope and deliverables.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
- Reporting: Develop and present regular performance reports and dashboards to leadership to track KPIs and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros). Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work effectively during the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with a focus on independent problem-solving.
