Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to deliver data-driven solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Validate system implementations through UAT and regression testing protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or rotational schedules

- Strong background in SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks
