- Develop and maintain data models for night-shift performance tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours
- Support system implementations with UML diagrams and user stories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proven night shift or remote collaboration experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
