Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while adapting to waterfall requirements
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
