Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 8-10 cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA
- Manage $2M+ budgets with 95% on-time delivery rate
- Implement Jira/Confluence for streamlined project tracking
- Stakeholder communication with C-suite executives and external clients
- Drive risk mitigation and change management processes
- Mentor junior PMs and improve organizational maturity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years project management experience with SaaS products
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record scaling agile teams (50+ members)
- Expertise in Atlassian suite and MS Project
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
