Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Document requirements and create user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs
- Validate solutions against business requirements and quality standards
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner proxy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in IT or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with requirement documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time
- Knowledge of healthcare or manufacturing industries preferred
