Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, client, and vendor channels
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for project obstacles
- Mentor junior project managers and facilitate continuous process improvement
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards and organizational governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software deployments
- Proven success managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 15+
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in matrixed organizational structures
