Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software deployments
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 members across development, UX, and infrastructure domains
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and bi-weekly status reviews
- Optimize project delivery using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project tools
- Drive continuous improvement processes through post-project retrospectives and KPI analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- PMP or CSM certification with proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Expertise in budget management ($500K+ project values) and vendor negotiation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Atlassian suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
