Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Implement Jira and MS Project for efficient tracking and reporting
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong budget management and resource allocation skills
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, and Atlassian tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
