Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for SaaS platforms using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong proficiency with JIRA, Asana, or similar project tools
- Experience managing budgets over $500K
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
