Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Develop test cases and validate solutions to ensure business requirements are met
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to drive strategic initiatives
- Document processes, requirements, and project deliverables using industry-standard methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
