Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze complex business requirements and processes.
- Design and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, including user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization within current business operations.
- Partner with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the impact of new features or changes on existing systems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate project status effectively.
- Create and present detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
