Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs, goals, and objectives.
- Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to define system requirements and functional specifications.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories to guide development teams.
- Perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state, documenting assumptions and risks.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of new systems and features.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track project progress and business health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management life cycles.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
