Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Support & Training: Support the implementation of business solutions and assist in training end-users on new systems.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
