Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Lead stakeholder workshops to identify pain points and define process optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies
- Analyze data trends using SQL and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on business impact
- Document requirements in Confluence and maintain traceability matrices
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Jira, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and stakeholder management
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timeline
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with API integration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
