Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop data models and KPIs to measure performance and inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with technical solutions
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Validate solutions through testing and UAT to ensure business impact
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with fintech/SaaS focus
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Proven track record of translating business needs into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
