Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and BI tools
- Facilitate meetings to align technical and non-technical teams
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Present findings to leadership through clear visual reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (training provided)
