Responsibilities
- Collect and Analyze Data: Gather business requirements and user stories through interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand stakeholder needs.
- Process Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including process flows, use cases, and system requirements specifications (SRS).
- Support Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and user requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in Project Management: Support project managers in tracking project milestones and identifying potential risks or blockers.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are looking for candidates with internship experience or academic projects demonstrating analytical skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning new tools.
