Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for actionable insights
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure seamless implementation
- Document processes, requirements, and project artifacts using industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of energy industry operations highly desirable
