Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Power BI, and process mapping
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed requirements documents and user stories
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive business process documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or financial services
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirement gathering
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
