Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using BPMN and UML
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Leverage SQL and Tableau to generate actionable insights from enterprise datasets
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate solution outcomes through UAT and KPI monitoring
- Develop ROI models and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process optimization
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise-grade BI tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong background in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in SaaS environments
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
