Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define clear business objectives and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional requirements for the development team.
- Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process optimization within existing business operations.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and system requirement specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, QA) to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current processes against industry best practices and propose actionable solutions.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
