Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define business needs.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable solutions and create detailed functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, including process maps, user stories, and data models.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert on business systems and advocate for user-centric design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
