Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
- Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Track project KPIs and deliver performance reports to leadership
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and process modeling
- Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering business process optimization projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a contract environment
