Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network systems during night shift hours
- Execute proactive system maintenance, security patching, and performance optimization
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for critical business applications and user escalations
- Document incident reports, system changes, and operational procedures using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams during system migrations and emergency troubleshooting
- Conduct nightly system health checks and generate operational reports
- Implement disaster recovery protocols and backup verification procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate IT operations or system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware virtualization
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticket management systems
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site equipment maintenance
