Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using BPMN and UML
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Implement data validation frameworks using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate JIRA sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Develop ROI models and KPI dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead UAT sessions and document change management plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in regulated industries
- Expertise in requirements gathering and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel VBA, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PMP preferred
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and fintech regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on accelerated timelines
