Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Design and implement process improvements using BPMN and workflow mapping tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for QA validation
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations in Tableau/Power BI
- Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or SaaS environment
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis (advanced queries required)
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (requirements docs, process maps, etc.)
