Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create detailed dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system solutions
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Document business rules and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML/SWOT methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
