Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and data modeling tools
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence
- Validate data integrity and provide recommendations for system improvements
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations and reports
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new features
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus)
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SysML or similar frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce industries preferred
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
