Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document requirements
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Agile/Scrum projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Monitor KPIs and report on project performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
