Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Gather and document detailed user requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Create comprehensive test cases and validate solution effectiveness
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with daily pay contract work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
