- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver iterative solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities with quantifiable ROI
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and SQL
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record in requirement elicitation and documentation
- Excellent communication with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
