Responsibilities
- Learn and Apply: Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements using standard methodologies.
- Data Analysis: Support the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data to identify trends and insights for stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Help document current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Participate in meetings to understand user needs and communicate findings clearly.
- Documentation: Create and maintain process diagrams, user stories, and functional requirements documents (FRDs).
- Reporting: Aid in the creation of dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for eager learners with a strong academic background.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
