Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to translate business needs into actionable specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Design and document detailed business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership using visualization tools
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Monitor project KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps and data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in software development or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio), and visualization platforms
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving successful process optimization projects
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
