Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define project scope and deliverables
- Translate user needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in energy or SaaS industries
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
