Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather/process requirements
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation for system implementations
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Validate deliverables through UAT and provide change management support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
