Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs, define scope, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, identify problems, and recommend solutions to improve business performance.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and technical teams.
- Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, user stories, and system specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to diagnose complex business problems and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
