Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables
- Conduct data analysis and process modeling to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop comprehensive documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
