Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Process Mapping: Create comprehensive process flows, use case diagrams, and functional specifications to visualize system capabilities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze existing business operations and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Documentation: Author high-quality BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT teams, developers, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Project Support: Support the project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, ensuring all regulatory and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
