Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to drive system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis and present actionable insights to executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and process optimization
