Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and data flows.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and SQL to support reporting and decision-making.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Create and maintain user stories and test scenarios.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn new methodologies and tools.
