As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to the development of scalable solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and system flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new software tools and methodologies quickly.
